Established in 1957, Texoma Educators Federal Credit Union serves employees of area schools and other businesses who desire a wider variety of financial services.  We are a full-service financial institution in the Texoma area with over 10,000 members and offices in Sherman, TX, Denison, TX and Durant, OK.

Texoma Educators FCU, like all credit unions, is member-owned and operated.  When you become a member, you become one of its owners and share in the credit union's success.  TEFCU accepts your savings deposits and invests them to earn income, primarily by lending money to other members.  As a not-for-profit institution, Texoma Educators FCU uses its profits to provide a wide range of competitive and convenient services.

The Board of Directors is elected by you, the member, at the Annual Meeting and is responsible for the operation of the Credit Union.  The Board determines operating policies, sets interest rates, and declares dividends.
