We Still Answer the Phone

At Texoma Educators, a person still answers the phone when it rings.

Our members—each customer is a member—tell us that our personal service is unique. At large financial institutions, you may have trouble reaching an actual person quickly, even at the local branch.

A member came to our Sherman office yesterday to move her primary accounts to the credit union. Her rationale? “Y’all still answer the phone. I can speak to a person!”

We hear it all the time. Texoma Educators is known for our human touch and for practicing patience and empathy. Think of our lobbies and drive-thru windows as a financial refuge, where helpful people are ready to listen and care.
