Donna joined TEFCU in 2001 as the collector in the Sherman office. She transferred to the Denison office in 2010 as branch manager, where her responsibilities include the operations and maintenance of the branch, serving as a loan officer and collections manager.

Donna was born in Oklahoma and moved to Denison at an early age, where she graduated from high school, and her mother was a teacher for 30 years. Donna earned a dental assisting degree and an associate’s of science degree from Grayson College. She also graduated from Southwest CUNA Management School at Texas Christian University in 2006 and served as president of the North Texas Chapter of Credit Unions for several years.
