Michelle joined TEFCU in 1989 as a member service representative, also known as a teller. She later served as the Denison branch manager for 10 years. Michelle left for a few years to be at home with her family, then returned in 2005 as a part-time teller, then was promoted to administrative assistant in Sherman. She began in her current role in 2016, where she serves as teller supervisor, collector, and membership officer, in addition to general operations.

Prior to joining TEFCU, Michelle worked at Bank One in Sherman as a teller, new account representative, and a role in the draft collection department. She attended University of North Texas and Grayson County College.

Michelle was born in Corsicana, Texas and moved to Sherman during middle school and graduated from Sherman High School.
